At Navratil Beauty, we are committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and high-quality experience. To ensure the best service for all clients, please review our policies before booking.

 

📅 Booking & Appointment Policies

 

 

• Deposit Requirement – A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total balance.

• Online Booking – All appointments must be booked through our online system or through DM. Walk-ins are not accepted.

• Confirmation – You will receive a confirmation email/text upon booking. Please review your appointment details carefully.

⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

 

• 24-Hour Notice Required – Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

• Late Cancellations – If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• No-Show Policy – No-shows will be charged 50-100% of the service price and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

 

 

• 10-Minute Grace Period – If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

• 15+ Minutes Late – If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

💳 Payment Policy

 

 

• Accepted Payments – Cash, debit/credit cards, and e-transfer are accepted. No checks.

• Remaining Balance – The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• No Refunds – Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

🛑 Service Guarantee & Fix Policy

 

 

• Satisfaction Guarantee – If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix (at the artist’s discretion).

• Fixes & Adjustments – Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment. Anything beyond this timeframe will be charged as a regular fill or service.

 

📸 Photography & Media Policy

• Before & After Photos – We may take photos/videos of your results for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your service.

💖 Client Respect Policy

 

 

 

• Zero Tolerance for Disrespect – We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any rude or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.
